Digital Products

What does ToshStack sell?+

ToshStack sells digital products such as source code, license keys, starter kits, UI kits, system templates, documentation, and software assets for developers and builders.

Do you ship physical products?+

No. ToshStack only sells digital products. All eligible products are delivered electronically through account access, email, download page, license dashboard, repository access, or another digital delivery method.

When will I receive my product?+

Most digital products are delivered shortly after successful payment confirmation. Delivery may be delayed if payment verification, fraud review, license generation, or manual approval is required.

Where can I access my purchased products?+

You may access purchased products through your account dashboard, order confirmation page, email, license dashboard, protected download page, or private repository access depending on the product.

License Keys

How do license keys work?+

Some products may include license keys for activation, validation, update access, or product usage. License keys may be linked to your account, email address, order ID, domain, device, or activation limit.

Can I share my license key?+

No. License keys are private and should not be shared, sold, leaked, published, rented, traded, or transferred unless the product license explicitly allows it.

What happens if my license key does not work?+

Contact support with your order ID, account email, product name, and license key issue. If the issue is caused by ToshStack, we may reset, replace, or reissue the license key.

Source Code

Can I use purchased source code in a commercial project?+

Commercial usage depends on the license type included with the product. Some products may allow personal use only, while others may allow commercial projects, client work, or SaaS usage.

Can I modify the source code?+

In most cases, you may modify source code for your permitted project according to the product license. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and maintaining modified code.

Can I resell or redistribute the source code?+

No. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, leak, upload to public repositories, or package ToshStack source code as a competing product unless the product license explicitly allows it.

Do you guarantee compatibility with my project?+

No product can be guaranteed to work with every custom environment. You should review the product requirements, framework version, dependencies, database, hosting provider, and documentation before purchasing.

Payments and Refunds

What payment methods do you support?+

Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other supported methods depending on your region and checkout provider.

Why is my payment pending or under review?+

Some payments may require verification by the payment provider or ToshStack fraud review. During review, digital delivery may be delayed until the order is confirmed.

Can I get a refund?+

Refund eligibility depends on the Refund Policy. Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or activated immediately after purchase, refunds may be limited.

What happens after a refund is approved?+

If a refund is approved, access to the refunded product, license key, downloads, repository, updates, documentation, and related support may be revoked.

Support

What kind of support is included?+

Support may include help with product access, license activation, download issues, installation guidance, and basic usage questions depending on the product terms.

Does support include custom development?+

No. Support does not include custom development, deployment services, third-party integration work, debugging heavily modified code, server administration, or consulting unless separately agreed.

How do I contact support?+

You can contact support by email. Include your order ID, account email, product name, and a clear description of the issue so we can help faster.

Blog and Content

Are blog articles official product documentation?+

Blog articles are provided for informational and educational purposes. Product-specific documentation, license terms, and product pages should be treated as the primary source for product usage.

Can I comment on blog posts?+

If comments are enabled, you may comment on blog posts. Comments may be moderated, hidden, or removed if they contain spam, abuse, illegal content, harmful links, or inappropriate language.
